Who We Are

At batch#, we believe everyone deserves to gather around the table and enjoy food that nourishes, comforts, and delights - no matter their dietary needs.

We’re a family-run bakery rooted in five generations of food makers, starting with our great-great-grandparents, who opened one of the first grocery stores in Cincinnati, Ohio after immigrating from Germany. From homemade sodas to sweet treats, our family has always found joy in creating and sharing good food.

Our mom trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris in bread making, cooked around the world, and discovered a love for confectionery and chocolatiering. Now, together, we bring this legacy to batch#, baking small-batch, gluten-free breads, pastries, and pastas that taste as good as they make you feel.

Our Mission: To create gluten-free treats that bring joy back to the table, using timeless recipes and quality ingredients, so you can eat with confidence and gather with the people you love.

We currently sell primarily on Hotplate and at local Utah Valley markets, and we’re excited to expand soon so more people can experience what gluten-free can truly taste like. If you live outside our delivery radius, you can still get your batch# favorites delivered through DoorDash!
